Is deep linking better for SERPs or backlinking parasite sites better for ranking?
I understand both are good for movement up in search rankings but is one better then the other or have more power. For example does backlinking your sub-pages of your website move you more up in the serps(You’re main indexed website) then backlinking various blogs or share hosted sites that have a link to your site. What is better and which should I put more time into doing?

Deep linking are very good for building your sub page’s Page rank so that can help you in all over page rank.
